Celosia is one of my favorite summer plants; it's pretty easy to grow, it reseeds like crazy, and it draws all kinds of pollinators. Plus it comes in amazing colors that look like Fall even in the dog days of summer. This shot from last summer captures all of those elements: I love how the hummingbird is delicately arching toward the flower while taking a quick sip of nectar.
